Terms and Conditions

1. Grosvenor Academy, its Directors or Employees, shall not be liable for any expense, loss, damage or personal injury sustained by my/our child/ren as a result of any past or future act or omission, breach of agreement, or any cause of whatever nature.
2. I/we waive and abandon all rights of action which may arise against Grosvenor Academy as a result of personal injury, expense, loss or damage sustained or suffered by my/our child/ren before, during or after the use of the equipment provided at the school, whether under supervision or not.
3. The use of all classroom equipment provided and participation in all activities arranged or presented by Grosvenor Academy is undertaken at my/our child/ren’s own risk.
4. I/we shall indemnify and hold Grosvenor Academy harmless against all claims or actions by any person arising from damage or injuries suffered as a result of the use or enjoyment of school equipment.
5. I/we confirm that the materials and activities used are intended to nurture exploration and creativity and are conducted under the supervision of tutors, teachers, or assistants.
6. I/we shall indemnify and hold Grosvenor Academy harmless against any claims arising from playground and/or outdoor activities or equipment.
7. No variation of this agreement shall be binding unless reduced to writing and signed by all parties involved.

Payment of Fees

The following terms are binding between the parent/s or legal guardian of the learner and Grosvenor Academy, unless otherwise agreed in writing as an addendum to this agreement.

1. One calendar month’s written notice is required to remove a learner from the school. Alternatively, one month’s fee must be paid in lieu of notice.
2. Fees are payable regardless of attendance, including holidays, illness, or similar circumstances.
3. Grosvenor Academy reserves the right to give two weeks’ written notice to remove a learner if, at its sole discretion, the learner may be better suited to an alternative educational approach.
4. School hours are from 07h30 to 17h30. Children must be collected by 14h00, failing which aftercare fees will be charged.
5. Fees are due on the 1st of each month and may be paid monthly, termly, or annually in advance. Fee structures and calendars are available on the school website.
6. Failure to pay fees on the specified date may result in the suspension of services rendered by the school.
7. The Parent or Legal Guardian confirms, by signature, that they understand and accept these terms and conditions.
